Liverpool manager Kenny Dalglish, assessing the disappointing performance of his team against Swansea City in the Premier League at Anfield on Saturday (11.05.2011), the ended 0-0.
Dalglish reflected: "Our performance was disappointing. Swansea played the way we expected them to play but we didn't play the way we expected to play. Maybe if the chance went in early doors it would have changed the complexion of the game but as well as paying credit to Swansea we have to look at ourselves.
"Anything we're good at we didn't do much of today. We're usually good at passing and movement but there wasn't much of that there. When we got it back we gave it away quickly.
Results 0-0 draw is Liverpool's third experienced in the last three home games. Previously, they played 1-1 with
Manchester United and 1-1 at
Norwich City.
An additional one point made in the Liverpool ranks sixth with 19 points. They lost three points from Chelsea in fourth place and superior goal difference and
Arsenal in seventh place.
