Aguero: I like Owen while still a Liverpool player

Manchester City striker, Sergio Aguero, revealing that he has long been an admirer of Manchester United striker, Michael Owen. In fact, Owen became the reason to see the Premier League. However, he likes to Owen while still a Liverpool player.

Aguero is Atletico Madrid's players before moving to City in July. He also claimed the Premier League rather than La Liga and Serie A.

"I watched the Premier League on television," said Aguero on menmedia.co.uk.

"I prefer it to La Liga and Serie A.

"I loved Michael Owen. I always followed him at Liverpool. That's why I started watching the Premier League.

"Obviously the style of play here is different to Spanish football but I will adapt as quickly as possible and try to be fully focused during training sessions."

Aguero claimed to speak with his partner, Carlos Tevez and Pablo Zabaleta, before deciding to move to City. Both are giving a lot of views to be taken into consideration.

"I don't feel any pressure. I hope I can do the things I've always done from the time I started at Independiente, then at Atletico.

"Now that I am with City I want to keep on in the same manner.

"There is a good squad and Roberto knows how to put the team together.

"In the meantime we just follow his instructions out on the pitch." he added.
