Good News, Gerrard Practicing Soon

Liverpool midfielder Steven Gerrard, has experienced significant progress in the restoration of a groin injury and will undergo a light workout this weekend. According Daily Mail.

Gerrard has not played since suffering the injury on March 6 last, which makes it had to have surgery in April.

The recovery process has been plagued by an infection that makes Gerrard back in the hospital. However, after that, his rehabilitation goes smoothly.

Liverpool expect Gerrard will be back in physical condition ready to appear in mid-September. That way, Gerrard could be expected to perform in the Premier League match against Tottenham Hotspur, 18 September.
